Dubai E-Visa Requirements

Indian passport holders can obtain an e-visa to visit Dubai, and it can be applied online. Dubai Visa Process hardly takes a week, Please check all the below mentioned details before applying for the E-Visa.

Dubai Visa Requirements & Conditions :

Visa fees are non refundable once Dubai visa is applied.
Minimum 4 to 5 Business days are required to issue a Dubai visa.
Passport validity should be more than 6 months before the travel date.
If the Visa fee increases TheUnbound reserves the right to add the additional fees to the above rates without prior notice.
The immigration authorities of UAE (Dubai) have the sole right to issue or refuse a visa application. TheUnbound is not responsible for any refusal of visa and accordingly full visa charges would be applicable.

Dubai E-Visa Process

How to process your visa with TheUnbound:

Share complete return/ onwards journey flight tickets.
Share Pan Cards of all passengers if a group of individuals are traveling and Pan card of leading passenger if a family is travelling.
Share Back and Front side if the passport of all the passengers.
Share white background picture with 80% face coverage.
Hotel reservation voucher.
While Processing Visa, If the passenger’s passport is ECR It is mandatory to get your OTB done from Airline. Or Tell us in advance if you want us to get the OTB done.
OTB is an Airline Check-in procedure and not a Dubai Immigration requirement.

TO CHECK IF THE PASSPORT IS ECR, CHECK THE LAST PAGE OF THE PASSPORT IT IS USUALLY MENTIONED ABOVE GUARDIAN NAME IF IT’S ECR

Important notes for ECR passengers

A- For ECR passengers OTB is mandatory to board the flight.

ECR means Immigration check Required.
It can be found on the back page.
Those who could not provide their education certificates or 10th Certificate get ECR passports.

B- OTB to be done before 72 Hours of the flight departure.

C- OTB is not a part of VISA. It will be charged separately.

D- Travel partner is responsible for checking the passport and getting the OTB done.

E- ECR passport holders mostly travel for Work. Hence for safety reasons. Passengers are required to share a template which is mentioned below if asked by TheUnbound.

Why the template needs to be shared?

1- Overstaying is an offence in the UAE and commands a penalty charge of AED 200 on the first day and AED 100 for each subsequent day. In case of a long overstay, the offender may be summoned to court and a heavier penalty will occur. All fines, penalties, charges etc., if any, levied by authorities including Police/Immigration department shall be directly borne by the visitor/tourists or Travel agent requesting for Visa. All these fines will be payable to Adventure Plus.

2- Apart from this fine, If the visitor/tourist is absconding,the Sponsoring company will be charged AED 5,500. This fine will be borne by the Travel agent requesting the visa.
